Lobby Renovation

Stevenson Consulting Services provided Owners Project Management services for a $1.8Mil Lobby Renovation.  SCS provided preliminary budgeting and contractor selection.  SCS worked closely with Chapman Construction on scheduling, coordination, cost control, and change order management.  SCS acted as liaison between Inspectional Services and the project.

Stevenson Consulting simultaneously provided CMa services to replace the Atrium Smoke Exhaust System.  The existing fans were 30+ yrs old belt driven and were no longer performing per spec.  The new 18,000cfm direct drive fans eliminate the need for belt maintenance
