Stevenson Consulting Services started with a simple question.  I asked a potential client, "If I could save you 15% on your next project, would you do it?  The first project was completed 3 weeks ahead of schedule, approx. $200,000 under budget (19% savings) and I have been managing their construction projects for 3 years.  The question came after years of frustration trying to deliver projects utilizing the traditional construction delivery methods.  The construction industry has cut every dollar and every hour out of these projects and by the time it gets through procurement, several trades are always behind schedule and/or over budget.  It can cascade from there, sometimes leading to an adversarial relationship with subcontractors and client.  There had to be a better way to deliver a project.  I streamlined the entire process and founded Stevenson Consulting Services, Inc.

Stevenson Consulting Services, Inc. (SCS) is a CM Agent (CMa) providing Construction Management and Owners Project Management direct to the owner.  SCS acts on the owners behalf to manage the entire construction process from concept, definition, programming & budgeting through procurement, execution, & closeout.  Acting as a CMa, we eliminate the need and expense of a traditional GC / CM.  These savings stay with the client giving SCS a competitive edge over other GC/CMs in the industry
